If you live in North Vancouver and are due to have your baby in October 2023 onwards, or find yourself just pregnant and due in 2024 and would like to have an experienced midwife involved in your early pregnancy and/or afterbirth postpartum care. You can send a message via MCNS contact form below, or fill in Vera’s Client Intake Form. Once received, Vera will discuss your queries via email and arrange a remote or in-person appointment during your indicated preferred time.
To submit the intake form all the starred boxes must be completed. If you do not receive a response from a query via our contact messaging system, or from a submitted intake form within a week, check your spam folder in case our email went there. Add midwifery care’s email address to your contacts to prevent this happening again.
